Based on the IC integration requirement, Mornsun launched its SOIC package isolated Bus transceiver products, also called R5 Bus IC, this May.
Advantages:
1)Integrated power solution with superior performance
R5 bus IC integrates power supply and digital isolation in circuit design to achieve power supply isolation and signal isolation. Take TDA51SCANHC and TDA51S-41HC as examples: only 5V voltage input is requested, and up to 110 nodes of nanosecond CAN bus signal transmission can be easily achieved at 1M frequency.
2)High reliability design, withstand voltage up to 5000Vrms
R5 bus ICs are designed according to industry standards, taking TDA51SCANHC and TDA51S-41HC as examples, the products meet the requirements of ISO11898-2 standard, meanwhile, based on the requirements of UL1577 standard, the isolation voltage is up to 5000Vrms and CMTI is up to 150kV/us. The product integrates a variety of protections such as short-circuit protection, over-temperature protection, etc., providing users with a high-reliable solution.
3)Integrated design for higher-end applications
The product is in the SOIC-16-WB(10.3mm*7.5mm*2.5mm) package and is only 0.4g (typ.)
