EMC Filter for AC/DC Enclosed Power Supply - FC-LxxWx Series
Share
Introduction
In the power supply design and applications, the main power circuits often have high EMC interference. In order to increase the anti-interference capability, MORNSUN launches the FC-LxxWx series of EMC filters as a supplement to meet the design requirement of AC/DC enclosed power supply, especially for MORNSUN LM/LMF series products.
Advantages
Strong Immunity to surge voltage
The fluctuation of the power supply circuits will cause a surge, which will greatly affect the back-end devices. The surge in conventional circuits is DM ±2kV / CM ±4Kv, but in complex environments, surge interference may be far higher. The FC-LxxWx series, a filter module applied in the input of the power supplies, has a strong immunity to a surge voltage of DM up to 4kV and CM up to 6kV.
High EMI Immunity
Power supply products often generate CM/DM interference to the front-stage power electronic equipment. EMC filter FC-LxxWx series based on the second-order filtering scheme, can be applied between the power supply products and the front-stage equipment. It mitigates performance to CM/DM interference up to 60dB, which can effectively suppress the interference, and improve the conduction level of the LM series power supply products (CLASS A → CLASS B).
Compliance with Industry Safety
FC-LxxWx series features high reliability with CE markings (EN62368). It is designed to meet the requirement of actual applications and can be compatible with MORNSUN AC/DC enclosed switching power supply LM/LMF series, meeting the CISPR32/IEC/EN61000-4 standard.
