Need a small, tough power supply for your next device? The MORNSUN LD05-23BxxWR2 series delivers 5 watts of clean power in a compact 1 x 1 inch plastic case. It works with almost any mains voltage worldwide and is built to last in harsh environments.
Simple, Flexible Power
These converters accept an ultra-wide input range: 85 to 305VAC and also 100 to 430VDC. One design works everywhere. No-load power consumption is only 0.1W, helping you meet energy regulations. Efficiency reaches up to 81.5%. The operating temperature spans -40°C to +85°C, and the module can be used at altitudes up to 5000 meters.
Six Models, One Footprint
Every model provides 5W output with reinforced 4000VAC isolation. They meet UL62368, EN60335, and EN61558 safety standards. No minimum load is required – they regulate perfectly from zero to full load.

Clean Power, Strong Protection
Output ripple and noise are typically just 50mV. The module includes hiccup-mode short circuit protection and self-recovering over-current protection (≥130% of rated load). Over-voltage protection clamps the output to safe levels. For electromagnetic compatibility, the series meets CISPR32/EN55032 Class B and EN55014 standards – emissions are low, and immunity against surges, EFT, and ESD is high.
Built to Last
The black plastic case is flame-retardant (UL94V-0). Mean time between failures exceeds 2.6 million hours, and the designed life is more than 130,000 hours at 25°C. Cooling is by free air convection – no fan needed.
