Overview
The LM90-20Axx series is one of MORNSUN’s dual-output, non-isolated, enclosed AC-DC switching power supplies. It features universal AC input while simultaneously accepting DC input voltage. This series is cost-effective, highly efficient, and reliable, featuring double or reinforced insulation. These converters provide excellent EMC performance, complying with IEC/EN61000-4 and CISPR32/EN55032 standards. They are not only designed for the professional laser galvanometer industry but are also widely used in current sensors, motors, and other fields.

Selection Guide
The series includes the following models:

  • LM90-20A15: EN/BIS certified, air-cooled, 90W output power. Provides +15V at 3000mA and -15V at 3000mA. The output voltage adjustable range for Vo1 is 13.5-16.5V. Typical efficiency at 230VAC is 86%. Maximum capacitive loads are 5000uF and 3000uF.
  • LM90-20A24: EN/BIS certified, air-cooled, 90W output power. Provides +24V at 1875mA and -24V at 1875mA. The output voltage adjustable range for Vo1 is 21.6-26.4V. Typical efficiency at 230VAC is 88%. Maximum capacitive loads are 2200uF and 1500uF.

  2. Under any steady-state conditions, the total power must not exceed the rated power. When increasing the output voltage, the total output power cannot exceed the rated power. When decreasing the output voltage, the output current cannot exceed the rated current.

Output Specifications

    • Short Circuit: Hiccup mode, continuous, self-recovering (recovers within <3s after fault removal).
    • Over-current: ≥120% Iout, hiccup mode, self-recovering.
    • Over-voltage: For 15V output ≤22V; for 24V output ≤33.6V (both hiccup mode, self-recovering).
