EMC Filter for AC/DC Converters - FC-LxxD Series

EMC Filter for AC/DC Converters - FC-LxxD Series.jpg

Introduction

In the power supply design and applications, the main power circuits often have high EMC interference. In order to increase the anti-interference capability, MORNSUN launches the FC-LxxD series of EMC filters as a supplement to specifically meet the design requirement.

Advantages

Strong Immunity to surge voltage

The fluctuation of the power supply circuits will cause a surge, which will greatly affect the back-end devices. If the back-end devices' protection is not properly or enough, the whole system may cause faults. The FC-LxxD series, a filter module applied in the input of the power supplies, has a strong immunity to surge voltage in conventional circuits, such as the surge of DM up to 4kV and a surge of CM up to 6kV.

Strong Immunity to CM & DM Interference

Based on the first-order filtering scheme, the EMC filter FC-CxxD series has a strong immunity to CM & DM interference (CM/DM>40dB), which can effectively ensure the stability and reliability of the whole system.

Compliance with Industry Safety

FC-LxxD series features high reliability with CE markings (IEC60939/EN62368). It is designed to meet the requirement of actual applications and can be compatible with MORNSUN AC/DC converters LD series, meeting the CISPR32/EN55032 CLASS B standard.

Applications

FC-LxxD compatible with MORNSUN AC/DC converters LD series, can be applied in EV charging and industrial control.
