MORNSUN DIN Rail EMC Filter for Industrial Automation IEC61000-4 AC/DC Industrial EMI Filter
MORNSUN's DIN rail EMC filters are designed to suppress and eliminate strong electromagnetic interference and spark interference in industrial automation systems, helping to calibrate field instruments and ensure safe and reliable operation of automation control systems. These filters are suitable for analog circuits and other noise-sensitive applications. By adding FC-L03WX and FC-L06WX models to the front end of AC/DC chassis power supplies, the EMC grade can be improved to meet IEC/EN61000-4 series and CISPR32/EN55032 standards respectively. With compact size, high cost-performance, and multiple mounting options, these filters deliver robust EMI suppression for industrial environments. When used with power supplies, they help the systems meet EMC standards including IEC/EN61000-4 series and CISPR22/EN55022. Available in various current ratings with DIN rail mounting for easy installation, these EMC filters provide surge voltage protection up to ±4kV/±6kV and operate reliably across industrial temperature ranges.
Important Usage Notes:
- The maximum input voltage of the power supply should not exceed the maximum operating voltage of the filter
- The maximum input current should be less than the maximum operating current of the filter
