MORNSUN's digital isolators provide high-performance reinforced isolation between subsystems within a system, featuring common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) up to 150kV/μs and ultra-low power consumption as low as 0.55mA per channel. The TDA51S-41HC series represents a family of advanced digital isolators with an integrated isolated DC-DC converter, eliminating the need for a separate isolated power supply and resulting in a compact, complete isolation solution. With three forward channels and one reverse-direction channel, these devices include a fail-safe mode option that defaults the output to low if the input signal is lost. Operating with a wide supply range of 3.0-5.5V, these isolators achieve data rates up to 150Mbps and withstand voltages up to 5kV rms. They are ideal for typical applications including general-purpose multi-channel isolation and industrial fieldbus isolation. Additional channel configurations such as two forward/two reverse, four forward, and four reverse channels are under development to address diverse application requirements.
