MORNSUN DC/DC Transformers-SMD Flyback Transformer
MORNSUN's DC/DC transformers feature primary-to-secondary isolation voltages up to 1650VDC (with select models offering up to 6000VDC), and allow surface operating temperatures from -40℃ to +125℃. These transformers can be used with MORNSUN controller ICs to achieve 4:1 wide input voltage flyback power supply designs with multiple protection functions and superior EMI performance. With high saturation magnetic flux density and SMD packaging, these transformers are especially designed for applications requiring extremely high isolation, low insulation capacitance, and low leakage current in a compact package size. They are widely used in applications such as medical equipment, electrical grid systems, and IGBT driver circuits. Available in various power ratings and topologies including flyback and push-pull configurations, these transformers comply with EN62368 certification requirements for safe and reliable operation.
